First, the preparatory work before starting

5, check whether the top bolts return, gaskets are pressed, T-bolts are tightened.
Second, starting
1, check the normal conditions of the various parts of the machine before starting.
2, this machine is only allowed in case of starting without load.
3, start with a bell or a signal as the prior notice.
4, after starting, when irregularities are found, it should immediately stop. Identified and ruled out non-regular case before starting the normal situation
Third, the use
1, make sure the normal revolve before feeding

7, after use for some time of broken machine, elbow sleeve adapter should be re-tightened to prevent the adapter sleeve loose in elbow injury against the machine produces.
4, lubrication
1, constant and timely attention of the work of lubrication, to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the life of the equipment.
2, grease that our machine uses should be determined by the location and the conditions the, in general, normally we use calcium-based, sodium and calcium Nazi grease.
3, adding grease should be about 50% for the room within the bearing capacity, every 3 to 6 months to replace the first, when change oil? you should apply of clean gasoline or kerosene cleaning raceway of roller bearing.
4, Right amount of grease should be injected into between bracket the bracket the before starting machine
